KI-PACS data will be unpacked, anonymized, and set in BIDS format. Please enter the full path to the folder where the new KI patients were exported to. Otherwise, please select another step to run that only.
If the study data is already in DICOM (.dcm) format and not yet anonymized (e.g.: a non-KI study), please enter the path here for setting BIDS format and anonymization of all non-anonymized DICOM files found in the folder.
